Responsible for Compactor maintenance from maintenance, repair till refurbishment works. You will work closely with the workshop team to ensure all key task maintenance is handled in a timely and professional manner.

• Point of contact to receive breakdown activations from Ops/CRM and to ensure all breakdowns are delegated and attended to by technicians with duly filled service report forms submitted daily.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

• Responsible for buying and proactively manage all purchases and shipments of ships' spares and stores, bunker and lub oil from approved vendor lists both locally and overseas
• Source for vendors and quotations
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms / quotations with local and overseas suppliers and preparation of PO
• Perform daily operational purchasing matters and co-ordinate shipping documentation, logistics and schedules
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers and meeting quality requirements
• Assist in carrying out repair maintenance and servicing of vessels to the instructions of the Technical Manager
• Assist in carrying out the negotiations with Class Surveyors relative to the surveys on board vessels, and reporting to the Technical Manager
• Communicate with our seamen crews daily on operations matter
• Liaise with Jurong Port, PSA, MPA and stevedores on operations matter
• Liaise with Agents in Malayisa, Indonesia and Thailand on operations matter

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE O-Level Certificate
• With 2 years of working experience in relevant field
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and with a cross functional team
• Have good time management whilst working under tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate, negotiate and build relationships
• 5 Days week at Lower Delta Road
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Only Singaporeans & PR need to apply as we do not have any more quota for foreigners

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax computation for all related companies.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance and tax filing requirements, audit documentations and procedures.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience in projects accounting, income tax, GST, ECI experience preferred.
• Proactive and analytical with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company's social media platforms to achieve greater following and outreach
• Work closely with warehouse personnel(s) for order fulfilment
• Identify sales & marketing opportunities to drive sales locally & in overseas markets.
• Maintain client databases
• Handle all sales enquiries by customers including but not limited to order fulfilment (delivery)
• Develop and acquire new relationships with potential partners (local & overseas)
• Keep followers/customers/clients informed of the Company's latest products & services and news
• Ensure that product prices are updated on all e-commerce platforms and website according to their promotion rates (where applicable) at any given time
• Ensure that products are categorised accurately on all e-commerce platforms and website according to Editorial Team's classifications
• Work closely with Authors to improve and drive books sales
• Create & present sales & marketing performance reports to Management
• Plan & run marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the development of sales & marketing strategies
• Handle outreaches including setting up of book table sales/event sales/atrium sales, handling pre-order list and RSVP list, creating publicity materials, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques & tools (Canva/Google SEO/SEM, etc.)
• Social Media marketing on Meta Platform, X, LinkedIn, etc
• High-level communication and networking skills
• A passion for sales & marketing
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

You will work closely with the team lead on bundled payments, Population Health Financing (including Capitation), Healthier SG enrolment initiatives and SingHealth Cluster Charging workgroup. Your responsibilities include ensuring fair distribution of funding to all affected institutions for bundled payments, analysing bundled episodes using various data sources to simulate financial sustainability, and highlighting actionable insights for improvement and change.

You will provide key value-added support to the clinical and operational partners in the bundled payments framework such as the Acute Hospital-Community HospitallBundled Care for performance management. Additionally, you shall assist the team lead in developing financial policies to support Population Health projects which are closely aligned with bundled payments implementation and Capitation. You will explore funding of Healthier SG enrolment incentives to meet the long-term objectives and vision of Population Health.

For Cluster Charging Workgroup, you will provide the necessary secretariat support, as well as gather relevant financial details on the prevailing institutions’ charging practices and recommend areas for harmonisation under a OneSingHealth mindset and/or OneFinance approach of governing inter-company charging practices within the cluster.

To better support the analytical demands of Population Health Financing and Bundled Payments, you will streamline data-mining processes and leverage data technologies innovatively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Accounting with cross-disciplinary knowledge/ prior experience working with Healthcare Data, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Finance/Business Administration or Data Analytics field
• Prior experience in management accounting, reporting, costing, financial modelling and multi-variate analytics
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP, with some knowledge of data manipulation and visualization applications, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power-pivot DAX, or Python
• Passionate about working with transformational policies, healthcare strategy, and using data sets and BI techniques to mine and uncover new actionable insights

• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to take up challenges
