Responsibilities:
· Preparation of quotations, sample supplies, sales materials etc
· Responsible for new account opening and credit applications
· Handle customer enquiries via emails and phone calls
· Manage products for reservation allocation and promotion purpose
· Maintain database to drive accuracy and completeness
· Liaise with other departments to fulfil customers’ requests and orders
· Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team
· Assist with marketing activities such as food events or product launch
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business /Marketing/Sales
· At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Able to multi-task and work independently
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-motivated, hardworking and organized in work
