We are looking for a Project Executive to prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the projects that are being assigned to him/ her. Reporting to the Project Manager in the Project Team, he/ she will

• Work together with the clients, either at our office or client’s locations, to understand their needs and translate them into an actionable plan with the team.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with project manager, and other project team members to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
• Perform quality control work, taking into considerations of the budget, schedule, and plans.
• Keep track of project status and provide regular reports.
• Assure all the deadlines are being met.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks to support the business needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Proven working experiences as a project engineer
• Project management and organizational skills
• Commitment to exceed customer’s expectations
• Time management and organization skills

Good to Have

• MS Office Skills
• Microsoft Project Skill
• Dynamic Business Central knowledge will be an advantage
• Negotiation skills

Job Description

Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or equivalent.

· Possess Class 3 driving license

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Self-motivated, independent and responsible personality

· Able to make cold calling

· Possess good personality and positive mindset

· Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Dialects (for business communication)

· Applicants should be Singaporean citizens

· Possess own vehicle / Company provide transport allowance

Diploma or degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent with at least two years of experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & with SAP experience

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Able to start ASAP & residing in the Western part of the island

5 days work week

Singaporean or PR preferred.
