Main Function

1. Lead in the development and implementation of outreach initiatives to engage the public and stakeholders in support of CCS social missions.

2. Lead in the planning and implementation of marketing communication campaigns, spanning traditional and digital media, to raise awareness of CCS services and programs. This includes assisting in copywriting for advertorials and articles.

3. Lead in the production and design of all marketing collaterals, working with appointed vendors and utilising in-house resources when necessary.

4. Assist in the formulation of the overall outreach and communication strategy for CCS.

5. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing communication campaigns to support CCS fundraising efforts.

Administrative and Collaboration Roles

6. Conduct, facilitate and assist in the administration of webinars, talks and workshops on financial literacy education and debt assistance programmes, as assigned.

7. Perform other job-related duties, as required.

External Collaboration Activity

8. Manage advertising and promotion campaigns by working closely with appointed vendor(s).

9. Assist the department in the recruitment of volunteers, organising training and assigning volunteering opportunities.

10. Build and maintain relationships with identified organisations, funders, sponsors, and stakeholders in support of promoting CCS social mission.

Qualifications and Core Competencies

1. Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or related discipline.

2. Core Competencies:

a. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.

b. Possess strong organisational, inter-personal and communication skills.

c. Working experience in establishing partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

d. Experience in fundraising or prior work experience in a non-profit or philanthropic organisation is advantageous but not necessary.

3. Other Attributes:

a. Ability to independently manage and complete assigned roles and tasks while providing regular feedback.

b. Willingness to work outside normal working hours, when required.

Scope:

• Support course registration processing.
• Handle students’ annual progress report.
• Process Qualification Exam, Thesis and Oral Exam.
• Handle student’s enquiries.
• Process Semestral Leave of Absence and withdrawal application.
• Process approvals for all local & overseas conference cum attachments.
• Organize seminars
• Support arrangements for orientation.
• Preparation of email announcements for all matters related to (e.g. seminar
• announcements, oral examination etc).
• Work closely with Club on events to increase engagement
• Prepare and coordinate logistical support for meetings / events.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Accounts

· Perform full sets of accounts such as accounts receivables, payables and general ledger functions.

· Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure company book balance tallies with the bank statement

· Preparation of GST reports

· Assist in month end closing and prepare balance sheet accounts

· Issuance and receipt of Purchase Order

· Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

HR

· Provide assistance on daily operations of HR duties & functions

· Recruitment and selection of staff through relevant recruitment channels

· Schedule for interview with short-listed candidates

· Create personal file for onboarding staff & conduct HR orientation

· Attend timely to email requests from employees pertaining to queries regarding HR procedures, rules & policies

· Assist in preparing monthly payroll & CPF submission

· Assist in performance appraisal, exit interview, staff clearance when necessary

· Handle Insurance renewals and claims matters

· Handle Foreign Workers' Work Pass including new applications and renewals

· Create and maintain accurate employee leave records in HR System and Filing

Requirements

· Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in related field - either Finance/Accountancy/Banking OR HR generalist role

· Well-versed in QuickBooks is an advantage

· Preferably available immediately or short notice

· Able to work in fast-pace environment

· Strong sense of responsibility and good time management

· Good communications skill in both writing and oral

Meticulous and well organized

Accounting:

• Oversee full spectrum of Accounts functions managed by third party account service provider, not required to hands-on
• Main contact person for the Account Department.
• To coordinate internal & external customer, suppliers and vendors
• Liaise with accounts vendor on accounts matters and related issues
• Hands on Accounts Payable, Petty Cash, Payment Listing and Bank Reconciliation
• Manage company cash flow
• Process staff claims and petty cash reimbursement
• Ensure timely and accurate month and year end closing activities
• Review GST return, financial and year end closing
• Any other Ad-hoc accounts administration duties assigned (Eg. Government Grant, Merchant Matter, coordinate/liaise with banker and lawyer)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a minimum Diploma in Finance /Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior level
• Familiar in full set of accounts, strong accounts background
• Organise and meticulous in details
• Candidates with retail background will be an advantage
• Good communication and people management skill
• Singaporean only
