Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents
• Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task

The Job

Handling day-to-day incoming funds, ensuring accurate financial tracking, and assisting with

administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate donor data.

• Prepare official receipts for donors in a timely manner.

• Process, verify, and post receipts for income, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure timely bank deposits of received funds.

• Research and resolve any discrepancies related to accounts promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of payments, account statuses, and other financial information.

• Process and submit donation data to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as required.

• Monitor and manage outstanding pledge donations, ensuring timely collection of payments.

• Prepare monthly donation and reconciliation reports to track financial activities.

• Maintain and track the receipt book register for accurate record-keeping.

• Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations, senior centers, and clinics.

• Assist with the preparation and processing of payments.

• Assist with fundraising events and society activities as directed by the Executive Committee or Executive Directors.

Requierement

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.

Job Scope:

Visit arrangements and claims for visitors

· Solicit TEP pass application documents for visiting scholars.

· Handle visit arrangementsfor foreign visitors e.g. air ticket and accommodation bookings.

· Process visitors’ reimbursement claims and honorarium.

Event and visit logistics

· Logistics support for large and small-scaled events e.g. staff meetings, conferences and workshops, weekly seminars/colloquia, outreach activities as well as visits hosted by school.

Tasks include:

(i) Create EDM and publicity posters for announcements.

(ii) Handle logistics and payment of events including event venue booking, catering, registration, fees collection, awards and prizes, attendance taking etc.

(iii) Prepare visit programme and coordinate lab visits

Building access and office seat allocation

· Provide advice to staff, students and visitors who requires access to office and lab on risk assessment and safety training clearance SOP, card access application procedures.

· Grant card access within the building.

· Allocate office and desk space for onboarding staff, graduate students and visitors.

· Manage and update office seatings record, handle exit clearance of staff offices/desks and labs including assets.

Procurement & mailing

· Vendor sourcing, purchasing and goods receipt of general office and stationery supplies as well as services for School’s need.

· Arrange mailing of business parcels and mails.

Compilation & analysis of statistical data

· Generate and compile school statistical data as and when requested.

· Provide analysis and projection for team lead and school management.

Other ad-hoc duties or projects may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily deliveries and update project team and client directly when there are changes/ hiccup in schedule.
