We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join our team. As an Executive Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

- Coordinating projects and tasks to ensure timely completion

- Preparation of inspection report for submission to authority

- Coordinate with external vendors for costings and quotations

- Coordinate with external vendors and arrangement of meetings / discussion

- Attend to meetings and preparation of meeting minutes, summary, and follow up actions

Requirements

- Experience with Microsoft applications such as word, excel, powerpoint

- Able to work independently with a good working attitude, willing to learn

- Attention to detail and good organisation skills

- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
