Requirements

Jobs Description:

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word

Senior Regional HR Executive

Job Summary

This position will support the organization by partnering with business leaders and employees to provide the employee lifecycle services, implement Southeast Asia region’s HR programs, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. This role is responsible to identify business needs and provides advice, guidance and create sustainable solutions in addressing employee and organisational challenges, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned business units to ensure smooth integration of new hire into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Development:

• Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change management and development activities.
• Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, provide sound advice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
• Act as a representative agent for Singapore HR to correspond to HR-related inquiries logged in the process improvement system (Support Hub), and support with workplace issues.
• Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Coordinate employee development programs to build and enhance job related skills and competencies.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and support reporting for regional performance management and regional promotion cycles.
• Provide support for disciplinary cases and improvement plans for underperforming employees.

HR Services & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation align with personal data protection governance.
• Responsible for HR deliverables for the business units and ensure all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries laws and regulations while balancing the specific needs of business operations.

Regional Support:

• Support the Senior HR Regional Manager in the collaboration with SEA Regional HR on HR strategies and organisational-wide projects.

Key Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
• 5 years’ experience working as HR Generalist
• Proficient with Singapore Labor Law including Employment Act
• Excellent in written & spoken English and ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Admin Executive

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day activities
2. Manage customers' enquires
3. Data Entry
4. Coordination with colleagues
5. Assist with account receivables
6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in MS office
• Good communication skill
• Dynamic and good team player with positive mindset
• Able to multi-tasks and work in fast paced environment
• Meticulous and well-organized
• Knowledge with automotive industry will be beneficial but not required

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and maintain full sets of accounts and account schedules
• Prepare quarterly GST submission and annual tax submission
• Monthly preparation and calculation of sales commission for the team
• Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement
• Supports sales team in customer accounts creation, generating invoices and quotations
• Issue rental invoices to tenants and ensure that payment is received on time
• Reconciling monthly invoices for sales commission
• Supporting Sales & Marketing dept for credit control and payment collection (execution)
• Perform quality control, analyse and evaluation on client adhoc/project creditapplication forms
• Handling operational banking matters such as monitoring bank account balances, preparation of cheques and bank transfer to vendors
• Assist with annual stock take
• Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Min 6 years of accounting related experience
• Strong communication skills and Proactive
• Possesses the highest levels of integrity
• Pleasant personality and good team player
• Able to work under pressure and work independently
