Experience in Full Set of Accounts.

Hands-on monthly closing books of multiple entities

Hands-on monthly consolidation of group accounts

Preparation of monthly management reports

GST filing

Handling of financial-year-end audit with auditors and drafting of financial statements and its notes to accounts

Handling corporation income tax compliance matters in liaison with tax agents

Handling corporate secretarial compliance matters in liaison with external corporate secretarial professional firm

Overseeing a team of accounts/finance executives

Approval of Worker wages

Record staff claim Assist in HR function

Be able to handle accounting for more than one companies

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or Professional Qualifications (ACCA) or equivalent

With at least 5 years working experience in construction companies

Team player with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including business unit leaders, and top management

Competency in MS-Office Suite and finance accounting software

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promoting existing & Introducing New Products.
• Follow up on Technical Specification and Sales Leads.
• Preparation of submission and presentation required by customer.
• Regular site visits and attend to site mock up and meeting independently.
• Technical follow up with project sales and recommend new solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Main point-of-contact of clients.
• Monitor and ensure prompt customer collections.
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Identify service and product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the dealing with contractors & architects.
• Good Knowledge & Experience with marketing Waterproofing, Grouting, and Tile Adhesives product range.
• Proven ability to independently conduct site trade demo and attend to Technical Meeting on site.
• Good inter-personal & communication skill to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• High energy level and creativity.
• Passionate and positive, can-do attitude, aggressive, proactive and good self-discipline is the key.
• Good Presentation, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills
• Meeting Sales Goals & Sales Planning
• Own transport
