Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our team at Logicode, where you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth. You’ll be responsible for managing both new and existing accounts, conducting cold calls, and providing solutions to clients in the electronic and IT business system sectors. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets set for the business.
• Perform prospecting calls, attend client appointments, present proposals, and close deals.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Stay informed about product applications, market conditions, and industry trends.
• Travel within the local area to meet clients (outdoor sales) and participate in cold-calling activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT Business Systems, IT Hardware, or Industrial Equipment.
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with experience in channel or project sales being an advantage.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling and outdoor sales (50% hunter, 50% farmer).

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement objectives, and procedures to maximize operational efficiency
• Plan and coordinate product movement, for inspection, viewings, deliveries, etc.
• Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
• Assist in vendor management efforts with key partners

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing materials and activities.

Event Management:

• Organize and manage offline events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, booth setup, staffing, promotional materials, and catering.
• Engage with event attendees, generate leads, and facilitate networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.

Collateral Development:

• Collaborate with the design team to create offline marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, signage, and branded merchandise.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all offline marketing materials and channels.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

• Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and activities using relevant metrics and KPIs.
• Generate reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges in the offline marketing landscape.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional certification in event management or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience (2 years) in offline marketing, event management, or related roles.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools; experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.

The Sales Executive Role

• Identify prospective customers and maintain customer network through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, and events attendance
• Provide quality sales and consultation services for company’s range of homeware products such as water and air purifiers
• Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features
• Sell and arrange for delivery, installation, and after sales services
• Build strong rapport and provide excellent service to customers
