You will be reporting directly to Director and providing full support to the director.

• Involve in the full spectrum of HR activities and projects within the Company and its entities.
• Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement programs and communications initiatives to build a positive employee culture.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding programs.
• Conduct exit interview, trend analysis and reporting.
• Handle grievance and disciplinary inquiry.
• Manages employment-related insurances for the group.
• Assist in managing HR systems and payroll activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in HR or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from F&B industry
• Good knowledge of Employment Act
• Effectively bilingually in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff)
• Self-starter and able to work independently

-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
