The Operation Executive is responsible to assisted the brokers in the Department on their daily works.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate and liaise with various counterparties such as vessels owners / cargo charterers / brokers / agents/receiver.
• Issue voyage instructions and other commercial instructions and generally keep a close liaison with the Master to ensure vessels perform as per charter party terms.
• Capable of independently handling break bulk chartering on voyage and time charter
• Handle all bill of lading related matters

As a marketing executive for our CCTV products, you will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing the marketing initiatives and promotional efforts for our CCTV products line. You shall have a passion for security technology and a deep understanding of digital marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer engagement and contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales of our CCTV products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for CCTV products across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.)
• Focus on increasing brand awareness, product adoption and generating leads for CCTV solutions
• Develop engaging content to showcase product features, industry insights and promotions related to CCTV technology
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales targets and product launches

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring marketing activities for CCTV products are executed on time and within budget
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Development Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:

Operations and Administration (70%)

• Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement and finance related activities
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records and administrative filing
• Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
• Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and any other duties as required during the course
• Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors

Sales and Marketing (30%)

• Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops

• Work with Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
• Update clients’ records and attend to sales enquiries
• Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
