Job Requirement:

• ​​​​Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Minimum 5-yrs ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB)
• Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test)

Responsibilities:

The Production Engineer (HSE) is responsible for Daily Operations and Projects Safety, the Lead to reviewed, improvement and compliance to all Safety regulations and requirement. Manage the Operations Risk Assessment and ensure occupational Safety

• Lead daily operation as an HSE Production Engineer to ensure Safety in both daily operation and construction projects at site.
• Lead HSE aspect of operation in risk assessment, Hazop study for new modification projects, changes to operating procedures, site construction activities.
• Review and make list of high-risk activities in the process operation based on Hazop study, have regular meeting with production manager and make plan to improve safety level in such areas of operation.
• Coordinate closely with day production & logistics members for HSE aspect of process operation and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
• Study and review all the safety observation feedback and prioritize based on level of risk to follow up through MOC process. Ensure improvement items are followed by keeping records and timeline.
• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner.
• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date.
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities.
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Working experience in the chemical industry

Production Shift Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing the production process of the EVAL Manufacturing site, which will be launched in the second half of 2026, and makes any necessary process changes to maintain the production safely and stably. The Shift Supervisors are responsible for the efficient operation of the EVAL Plant in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Major tasks include managing direct reports on shift, plant performance monitoring, feedback and troubleshoot abnormalities, conduct and follow up of individual training and development plans of his people. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Production Day Superintendent. Until the startup of EVAL production line, training and learning opportunities of EVAL production technology are provided by experienced members in company. Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager and Production Superintendent in process analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations.
