Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including tracking expenses and budgets.

- Perform regular inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure supplies are replenished.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client phone inquiries and ensuring an outstanding experience for all clients.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with both customers and colleagues.

- Handle data entry tasks such as processing customer orders and inputting purchase orders into our systems.

Requirements & Skills:

- Experience in administrative or office roles an advantage

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work well within a multicultural team and foster a collaborative environment

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.

Preferred (but not required):

- Knowledge of food and event service operations.

- Previous experience in customer service, particularly with corporate clients.

Respond to catering enquiries (via telephone / email / online catering portals)

Prepare & disseminate sales invoices, delivery orders, work orders to relevant departments

Manage calendar of catering orders

Manage & maintain document templates

Consistent follow-up;

Consolidate returned invoices, delivery orders

Follow up on payments

Effective communication;

Liaise with clients, team members

Manage appointments with suppliers & external service providers

Coordinate closely with Operations & Accounts

Miscellaneous; Receive, sign for, ensure proper storage of received goods

Other duties as may be assigned
