Responsibilities & Authorities

• Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Responsible for timely submission for relevant financial data and ensure its accuracy.
• Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
• Perform end-to-end accounting tasks & monthly reporting.
• Organize data for consolidation.
• Ensure that vendor invoices, payments, receipts, accruals and other relevant month end journals are posted accurately into accounting system.
• Organize and maintain up to date financial records/cash flow.
• Ensure entries of expenses, claims, invoices and other accounting documents are maintained, processed and recorded accurately.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Good concept of accrual accounting
