Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role

• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

1. Plan, devise and implement production schedule for the spice processing and packing operation.

2. Plan, Devise and implement maintenance program for packing equipment,

3. Grade and Blend spices based on spice characteristics.

4.Set up spice packing machine for the specific operation.

5. Monitor spice quality during spice packing.

6. Monitor the ground spices for fineness, aroma and essential oil volatility using sensory perceptions.

7. Clean and maintain spices packing equipment.

8. Work shift operations.

9. Tabulate production hours, machine time, product utilized and product output.

10. Supervise routine maintenance of production systems.

11. Supervise trouble shooting of production systems.

12. Supervise the inventory of production material.

The successful candidate will:

Be responsible for maximizing Murata sales opportunities by promoting product growth and account direction for assigned accounts. The position is accountable for emerging core business creation.

Targeted customers are IC/Semiconductor customers. Analysing customer segmentation and competitor landscape, the candidate develops sales strategies.

He/She is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients. This role required proactive outreach, excellent communication skills, and strategic mindset to expand business opportunity.

He/she is an action-oriented, able to multi-task, organized, collaborative, and adaptable individual capable of interacting well with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans to increase business opportunities for the assigned customers/team. Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
• Execute design activities of reference design in IC/Semiconductor customers. Align with the internal Product Team to conduct sales promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Continue to conduct business meetings and customer visitations.
• Business performance review. Support customers' technical & business inquiries.
• Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and conditions.
• To perform IC marketing activities to identify trends and target business.
• Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners (Design House/System Integrator/government agency) to derive a business plan for existing/new markets.
• Drive and influence the promotion activity in OEM customers of target market and application through global IC reference design activity.
• Undertake other MARCOM and Marketing Support group activities.

Ability / Competency Required:

• Min 2-3 years’ experience in B2B Sales experience, preferably in IC/Semiconductor industry.
• Positive attitude in challenging work environments.
• Proactive and persistent mindset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
