As a Facilities Management Executive, you will oversee the management of facilities of Strides Premier. Your primary responsibilities include planning and supervising preventive maintenance and daily operations to create a conducive and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities

Management & Administration

• Liaise with stakeholders (Contractors/Sub-contractors/Authorities/etc) on building matters

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or campus, including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives. • Prepares budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed

You are:

• Minimally Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or any other related field
• Minimally of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required
• Able to work in fast-pace environment
• Able to communicate well and multi-task
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) industry certifications recommended; other Engineering, Business or technical training or certifications a plus
