The Role

This position will be responsible for maintaining the accounts of assigned portfolio of companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivables (AR) and General Ledger (GL) functions for portfolio of properties.
• Ensure timely billing to clients and compliance with AR procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit and credit notes.
• Responsible for monthly accounts closing, preparation of quarterly audit schedules, monthly bank reconciliation and monthly management reporting.
• Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports and for the group’s year-end audit matters.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting exercises, annual audit process, and tax filing matters as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Other duties include implementing SAP in phases for newly acquired or incorporated investment holding companies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy and its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills as you will be liaising with various parties such as inter-departments, external consultants, property manager and operators.

Responsibilities

• Understands the basic and essential specifications and requirements of the assigned project and Industry Standard, Classification Society and Regulatory requirements.
• Prepares the cable block diagram, interconnection diagram, loop diagram, I/O list and instrument index specific to the assigned project.
• Prepares engineering specifications (drawings, data sheets, etc) specific to the assigned project and validates them with the Senior/Lead Engineer or Project Manager before incorporating them in the RFQs.
• Evaluates with guidance from Senior/Lead Engineer, the basic items of all the bids received for I&C packages from various suppliers and performs a technical bid evaluation process against the project specifications.
• Prepares accurate documents and specifications timely to be provided to the successful vendors to enable the latter to execute their work and deliverables.
• Develops solutions to the less complex range of technical/engineering and related problems by analyzing the issues/data, interpreting the analysis and proposing various options/measures using experience, precedents and professional references.
• Under supervision of senior/lead engineer evaluates the I&C requirement for mechanical packages in Marine & Topside, contributes to technical bid evaluation process, and ensures selected vendors meet technical/engineering and delivery requirements as stipulated in the project specifications.
• Participates in Factory Acceptance test/Site Acceptance test to ensure that Instrument items function as per specifications. Where necessary, works with the suppliers/contractors concerned to rectify the issues & making sure that they comply with the specifications and are ready on time.
• Participates in meetings, reviews progress and helps address interface/implementation/execution issues, escalates where necessary to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly. Follows up to implement continuous improvement or lesson learnt actions items.
• Provides technical/engineering support to Construction/Commissioning work at site, helps trouble shoot and follows up to rectify the gaps or problems. Where necessary, provides off-site support and advice.
• Guides junior Engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor in I&C Engineering
• 7 years of relevant working experience in I&C engineering in oil and gas sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO

What You Will Be Doing

1. Job Purpose

Reports to BME Engineers in the commissioning of medical equipment, breakdown services, planned preventive maintenance, decommissioning, and disposal of hospital medical equipment.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

2. Provide technical support to all hospital personnel in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe and efficient management of production operations and process its duties. Oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring that permits are coordinated between the Production Department and other departments and disciplines.

The Broadcast IT Specialist is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Broadcast IT related systems, including and not limited to the Broadcast Management System, Media Asset Management System, TX Automation Playlist & As-run interface, EPG reports and gateways, Audience Ratings System, Editing & Graphic system, plus all relevant interfaces required to create the beIN SPORTS APAC linear channels and OTT services. Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot faults and provide solutions to meet the business requirements. This position will assist the Broadcast IT Lead to work with the various business units in beIN Asia Pacific in promoting productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality support for the Broadcast Management System (BMS) and other media solutions plus all in-house developed applications to ensure the availability of service.
• Working with user groups to facilitate, document and propose appropriate automation/integration solutions and processes as well as coordinate and assist support/training initiatives. Where necessary, gathers requirements and conducts systems analysis.
• Liaise with various departments within the organization for day-to-day requirements & future improvements in the system.
• Manage and ensure smooth upgrades of BMS and other media solutions,
• Implement and deliver approved application enhancements.
• Manage applications related issues, conduct qualification, raise tickets, propose resolution, and gather sign-off, develop, test and deploy updates.
• Participate in solutions’ evaluation as well as in rollout of new systems / solutions.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies or broadcast engineering or related qualification.
• Experience in software application development, workflow design, process automation, and system integration.
• Ability to write scripts in languages such as SQL/VBScript/DOS and familiar with CSV/XML/HTML/JSON, REST API and AWS cloud technology will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of Sports/Entertainment channel/feed/streaming, and advantageous to have experience in broadcast/media/OTT/VOD.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and handle shifting priorities and carry on through task completion.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to acquire necessary technological and business knowledge in an ever-changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Modulate and monitor audio for news and documentary production.
• Mix and balance for different situations and environment during recording and live events.
• Make immediate decision on choice of microphones, recorders, mounts, etc on location shoots.
• Advise producers and reporters on audio techniques and uses.
• Operate the second camera when required.
• Perform basic maintenance of audio equipment.

Overall Job Purpose

• Responsible for directing the Offshore activities related to Asset Integrity .
• The Offshore Integrity Inspector shall be the offshore MODEC representative for all inspection and anomaly liquidation activities. .
• Manage the offshore planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of asset integrity inspections.
• Provide oversight on the execution of safety critical inspections executed on the Facility. Lead and co-ordinate high quality integrity management activities for the Facility.
• Provide integrity repair recommendations, remaining life data and anomaly liquidation prioritization based on risk using COABIS and AIMS.
• Assure that the integrity management system and required SAP work orders for the Facility is enacted offshore by the required due date to meet RBI plan and KPI.
• Ensure compliance with Class, Statutory, International and Local Regulatory requirements regard to the integrity of the process, marine and structural systems of the FPSO.
• Develop wherever required risk-based inspection techniques and philosophy, asset management fundamentals and operational lessons learned.
• Liaises with all departments and stakeholders to ensure the Inspection and Integrity Management Framework and CMMS System are supported, consistent with the MOSEN business objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to the offshore inspection and fabric maintenance personnel when required, and support for onshore personnel during offshore visits as required.

Required:

• 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas industry, with 5+ years minimum FPSO experience.
• Experience with Offshore & FPSO is mandatory.
• Expert knowledge and understanding of the applicable legislative, international inspection standards for offshore Oil & Gas Facilities.

The Role

This position will be responsible for maintaining the accounts of assigned portfolio of companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly accounts closing, preparation of quarterly audit schedules, monthly bank reconciliation and monthly management reporting.
• Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports and for the group’s year-end audit matters.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting exercises, annual audit process, and tax filing matters as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Other duties include implementing SAP in phases for newly acquired or incorporated investment holding companies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy and its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
