1. Keep full set of accounts.
2. Data entry and record keeping.
3. Prepare cheque payments for suppliers & petty cash.
4. Reconcile monthly bank statements.
5. Prepare monthly P&L reports in excel format.

7. Prepare year end audit schedule.
8. HR & Payroll.
9. GST & CPF Submission.
10. Handle phone calls, mails maintain filling and general admin support.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree/LCCI International Qualification - Level 2

• Preferably 1-2 years working experience in Accounting Dept or Auditing firm.

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Auto Count.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose:

Work closely with brand managers and marketing team to plan and drive business objectives, such as profitability, brand ranking and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

• Assist and support the marketing manager and brand manager to plan all brand activities such as: In-store promotions, launches, animations and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales
• Support on event logistics including: sourcing for venue, food & beverage, materials event items, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive event to succession
• Support on contractor and agency management including: getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs follow up on the execution of the project
  

Communication, PR & Customer Engagement

• Propose and lead the planning and execution of all communications for marketing and trade activities. (Digital and print)
• Planning of PR events and activities for your brand portfolio with activities such as: press invitation and liaison, RSVP, and event management
• Research and collation of market, competitive and business information and any ad-hoc marketing needs of the team

Administrative and reporting duties

• Support the brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties when needed
• Assist in administrative responsibilities such as invoice processing and sampling/tester management
• Assist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of counters

• Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business
• At least 1 years of relevant working experiences in Beauty industry
• Experience in marketing or PR is a plus

Job Summary: ClearSk Healthcare is a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, specializing in e-commerce, website programming, and digital marketing within the medical aesthetics sector. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of executive responsibilities while actively contributing to our digital strategies. Selected candidates will have the unique opportunity to participate in a 3-4 months Management Trainee Program in SG, KL, or Shanghai, gaining hands-on experience in the aesthetic medical sector.

Management Trainee Program:

Selected candidates without sufficient frontline experience in the aesthetic medical sector will undergo a tailored 3-4 months Management Trainee Program in SG, KL, or Shanghai. The program includes transitional roles in frontline positions (front desk executive or customer service consultant) and HQ roles focusing on procurement, inventory flow control, and resource deployment planning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute e-commerce strategies.
• Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat.
• Plan, execute, and manage Google SEM and SEO campaigns, including Youtube and various digital platforms, to incorporate Paid Media and Web Analytics.
• Leverage excellent communication skills to engage potential customers, turning inquiries into appointments or sales.
• Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing customer interaction and service.
• Stay on the cutting edge by continuously learning and integrating new technologies, such as ChatGPT, into our marketing strategies.
• Work closely with in-house marketing and sales team to drive sales events, in-house marketing campaigns, and customers reviews.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing online sales events.
• Project manage in the development of new eshops.
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
• Provide direct executive support to the CEO in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless coordination and follow-up on action items.
• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO in varied tasks.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E commerce, Business or any related field.
• Overall, at least 2 years of prior B2C experience in similar role is required. At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and Google Digital Ads, SEO, and SEM, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Expert in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
• Has general understanding of woo-commerce in terms of maintenance, launch, shop construction and admin system.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluent in both Eng and Chin, able to cater to English-speaking & PRC customers.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing.
• A willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies.
• Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and being able to work well with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The position is responsible for coordinating and administrating among rooms division team and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, organization of the divisional work flow, follow-through on pending projects. He/she is to be a part of various aspect of operation in the delivery of the Raffles Singapore service experience throughout the entire guest journey.

Primary Responsibilities

Manages Administration and General Tasks

• Ensures Rooms Division’s smooth daily operation by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issued by Raffles Singapore.
• Oversees the daily occurrence of departmental expenses for better control and oversight for the end-of-month profit and loss reconciliation.

• Co-ordinates with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication, assists departmental head with administrative duties whenever required/appropriate.
• Ensures all correspondences, messages, e-mails are responded in timely manner, disseminated accordingly, and remains confidential about all matters of such nature.

Executes Core Tasks of Guest Assistance

• Delivers the Raffles Singapore guest experience through a pre & post stay guest correspondence and handling guest inquiry.
• Upholds a flawless impression and perception of the Raffles Singapore products and colleagues.

Deals with Supplier and Maintains Contracts

• Takes responsibility for maintaining contracts related to Rooms division and deals with suppliers when modification is necessary.
• Handles all appointments and keeps track of diaries assigned.

Seeks Constant Improvement of Quality in Product and Services

• Ensures personal awareness of the activities and services within the hotel in order to promote the property and is responsive to guest inquiries.
• Ensures all work is followed as detailed in Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Raffles Singapore Local Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP)
• Leads the handling and follow up on any security incident, guest complaint, and colleague injured together with the Lobby Manager and always reinforces hotel values.
• Adheres to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures and ensures all direct reports and peers are trained in and follow WSH guidelines.
• Contributes to the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts by supports the Planet 21 program.

The Office of Commercial and Auxiliary Services (OCAS) oversees the management of estate leases and commercial services (such as leasing of spaces for F&B, amenities & lifestyle services) and auxiliary services (such as car parks, shuttle bus services) for NTU’s main campus, Novena campus and NTU@one-north campus.

This position is responsible for the marketing and leasing of offices, F&B and retail outlets, Childcare Centre, Medical Centre, among others on the NTU main campus, preparing of lease agreements, licence and service agreements and finding the right tenants for units available for lease. The Senior Executive, Leasing will engage actively with other Offices in NTU as well as student bodies in meeting the needs of the NTU community. 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying suitable potential tenants, reaching out to them to understand their space requirements and marketing suitable units to them.

• Performing lease management and administration, including new and existing leases for renewal.

• Participating in trade-mix planning for NTU campus and conducting site visits for interested tenants.

• Guiding tenants on new shop renovation or A&A works and the related applications with the relevant departments in NTU and ensuring that the tenants fulfil the agreed lease terms and conditions. 

• Managing payment matters between tenants and NTU.

• Conducting market research/studies as assigned.

• Conducting weekly site inspections of leased premises, to ensure that tenants adhere to lease terms and conditions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Building or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leasing of retail and commercial properties.  Diploma holders with extensive years of relevant experience may be considered.

• Ability to read technical drawings and floor plans at the level expected of one in a leasing role.

• Have some facility maintenance or engineering knowledge to manage the assigned properties effectively.

• Good knowledge of tenancy agreement process and meticulousness in preparing documents.

• Creative and enjoy working around rental structures and reviewing key numbers on standard sheets.

• Understand tenancy related processes and legal terms related to lease / licence agreements.

• Approachable, enjoy conversations in lease negotiation with operators with good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Logical thinking skills to find suitable solutions or recommend appropriate course of action.

• A deep understanding and appreciation of customers’ needs and experience.
