• Develop and execute engagement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Recognised degree with at least 2 years working experience in HR, organizational development, or employee engagement roles.
• Proven experience in driving culture and engagement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of best practices in organizational culture, employee engagement, and DEI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•Manages reservations through phone and email, ensuring restaurants are confirmed.

•Responds to guest enquiries and requests.

•Communicating guest information to the team (special requests, occasions) to personalize guests' experience.

•Requests guests for their dining feedback and communicate feedback to the manager.

•Ensures each guest is warmly welcomed.

•Welcomes guests by name and bring them to the designated seats.

•Ensures each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave.

•Assists in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
