Role Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure efficient and effective management of the clinic.
• Supervise a team of non-executive operations/ ancillary staff.
• Supervise the clinic operation team in establishing effective collaborations with other departments, clinics and service partners to support patient care delivery and implementation of new initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration disciplines
• Experience in planning and/or operations in healthcare sector will be an added advantage

Job Description & Requirements:

• Manage Sales Activities including address customers' enquiries, invoices & delivery orders, sales order processing, initialling of quotations and collection of payments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION

1. Support in project scope management: develops and maintains project documentation which includes creating project business case, project schedule and issue list, establishing role & responsibility and key tasks/milestones.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Under the supervision of Senior Engineers, to perform initial engineering task on the mechanical services detailed design for building projects
• To prepare submission to authorities for approval of design
• To attend to project meeting with Client, PM and Consultants from other disciplines
• To attend site project meeting and site inspection and respond to technical queries
• Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
• Handle client liaison and reporting
• Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

• Degree in a Mechanical Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design & supervision of building service projects (Those with 5 years’ experience and/or Certified Professional Engineers will be considered for a senior position).
• Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work independently & exercise initiative
