· Manage end-to-end recruitment function

· Posting & drafting job advertisement via various job portals; liaison with recruitment agency for recruitment needs;

· Identify talent needs within the organization and source for suitable candidates to fill the roles within given timeline

· Oversee and manage recruitment cycle – identify suitable recruitment channels, screening of resumes, interviews with candidates, preparation of salary proposal and job offers

· Handles on-boarding and off boarding procedures and its administrative works including conducting orientation, introduction of the organization and compiling of required documentation for proper filing, recording, lettering, updating HR system and maintaining of employee personal files etc.

· Prepare employment related contract and/or other letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion etc.

· Oversee and manage renewal of employees’ contracts and work pass renewals for foreign employees

· Handles HR related benefits administration, liaison with vendors, review of benefits and communication of information to employees.

· Responsible for the full HR SAP system, upkeep and maintenance for accuracy of data and information

· Backup support for some payroll administration

· Provide supporting role to HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform data entry and general administrative duties
• To serve walk-in customers
• Provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents
• Ensure proper documentation, records and filing upon issuance
• Manage emails and phone enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
• Update and maintain accurate customer database
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree and above in any field
• General Insurance experience (with BCP, PGI and ComGI Cert) and navigation of insurance portals are an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Has a good command of English, with both written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• 5.5 days work per week; Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm; Sat : 9am-1pm

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Form A license holder and other license as required by regulatory.
• Liaise with regulatory body regarding pharmaceutical compliance affair.
• To update local and overseas countries on regulatory requirement for implementation.
• Involved in day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and ensure compliance to PIC/S GMP standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist in maintenance of product license with local and overseas authority.
• To prepare product registration dossier for local and overseas market.
• To assist in regulatory audits and response to the authority query.
• To assist post-marketing product query or correspondence and work closely with QA/QC department pertaining to product quality issue.
• Responsible for all dispensing materials and activities to use in production.
• Maintenance of controlled drugs and records, including the storage and sale.
• Review and update SOP relating to the production periodically.
• Together with Production Manager, handling and managing of production issue raised by the production team.
• Work together with QA to arrange training to production staff on SOP and cGMP.
• Work closely with QA/QC department to maintain cGMP standard.
• Support Beacons E-Commence project.
• Be involved in other company projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Science (Pharmacy).
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will need to

1. Plan, create, release and follow up on production orders

2. Carry out preventive maintenance of machines and perform quality control inspection

3. Liaise with machine manufacturers to perform troubleshooting of production equipment as and when needed

4. Review and recommend disposition of rejected in-coming raw material, work-in-process and finished goods

5. Investigate quality escapes and recommend preventive measures

6. Collect and analyse production data to improve production efficiency and processes

7. Perform stocktaking duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for this role, you will need to have

1. At least a minimum NITEC in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering certificate.

2. 1 to 2 years of working experience preferred.
