• Verifying Invoices, Variations issued by subcontractors and by other departments to Sub-Contractors and submit to for approval and followed by Invoice processing respectively.
• Process and update approval process of works order
• Provide weekly reports on Subcontractor engagement and develop matrix based on engagement.
• Manage subcontractor & Inter-department grievances and update in weekly report with highlighted issues for review by Management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Specification

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years working experience in managing subcontractors in Shipyard environment or equivalent experience in administration works in marine shipyard.
• Fresh graduate with no experience welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Good attitude, meticulous and able to work independently
• Team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to take up challenges
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications (ie. Microsoft Excel)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full cycle of in-house recruitment functions, including job posting, screening, conducting interviews, and making an offer to shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct HR orientation and induction programs for new employees.
• Apply for and renew foreign employees' work passes.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies, and procedures applicable to the Singapore labour market.
• Assist in general administrative duties where necessary.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Min. 2–5 years of relevant recruitment experiences, preferably from EPC environment.
• Prior experience handling direct employees is a must.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act, MOM regulations, & practices.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
