Job Description:

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Wednesdays and Fridays: 9.00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break. [May be rotated to commence at 8.30am or 9.30am; 9 working hours apply].

• Thursdays: 9:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break. [May be rotated to commence at 8.30am or 9.30am; 8.5 working hours apply].

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

• If the candidate is required to work beyond these hours or days, the candidate will be compensated with off-in-lieu.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Assist in administrative duties in the General Office;

2. Assist in checking of approval documents for procurement and sourcing for goods and services;

3. To support counter and telephone duties on a daily basis to clarify enquiries from school’s stakeholders and members of public;

4. To provide support of school-wide events in logistics and admin;

5. Any other duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements :

- Minimally a GCE “O” level pass in English and Maths or equivalent

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good team player

- Good customer service skills

- Basic IT skills (eg word, excel) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Training

• Preparation and regular up-dating of Training Material for various training modules with focus on IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations; IMDG Code; ADR; Supply Chain Security (ISO28001, TAPA FSR, TAPA TSR & TAPA GSR); International Cyanide Management Code; Business Continuity (ISO22301); Risk Management; etc.
• Developing & designing examinations for certification training for the various training modules
• Evaluating examinations and training feed-back forms
• Maintains training records & certificates

Compliance (additional support activities)

Risk Management

• Assisting in ensuring that risk management systems are implemented effectively and followed
• Assisting in action plans concerning risk management
• Conducting Business Partner Due Diligence Checks

Credit Quality Evaluation for China Corporate Social Credit System Program (CSCSP)

• Systematically identifies, records, analyses, evaluates, and finds optimum means/options to mitigate or transfer risks
• Conducts Business Partner CSCSP Checks
• Keeps management closely informed and prepares risk management system reports

Management Report

• Assisting in the preparation for compliance management reports
• Assisting in the Maintenance of records on ISO policies & certificates

General Tasks

• Liaises with regional compliance team and fulfilling regional compliance requirements
• Conducts or jointly conduct investigations on both internal and external compliance issues
• Prepares presentation material for meetings
• Attends meeting/ presentation with customers and /or interested parties

Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in any field
• Relevant work experience with back-ground of Logistics & Supply chain is a must
• Good communication skill and ability to coordinate with stakeholders from different functional background
• Good reading and writing skill in both English and Chinese is a must as documents are in Chinese when liaising with counterparts in China.
• Can perform internal quality and health & safety audits; at a minimum internal auditor certification
• Strong back-ground in dangerous goods regulations with relevant certificates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Account Executive will be selling into a focused list of strategic target accounts, you will be entrepreneurial in nature and excel at building pipeline, creating and closing opportunities. By using a consultative approach to value-based selling, you will lead with IFS's award winning products while also having access to the broader portfolio to bring value to our customers. You will use your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities with our existing customer base.

Responsibilities

· Strong sales execution and continued sharpening of these skills

· Prepare, update, own and execute the Go -To- Market Strategy for nominated industries

· Prepare, own, and maintain Territory Plan for agreed vertical

· Prepare Account Plan including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts

· Own the end-to-end sales process including demand generation, understating customer needs, agreeing a mutual evaluation process, owning the RFI/RFP process, building a business case for change and winning business, and utilising resources within a matrix organization to get the job done.

· Work with partners to better penetrate into your accounts, creating joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value while providing strong delivery plans that lead to happy referenceable customers

· 100% responsibility for owning the annual sales targets and delivering as per the quarterly budget

· Continued pipeline building and demand generation activities to achieve 4x pipeline coverage

· Liaison with Sales leadership and Global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration

· Manage and maintain complete CRM and Account hygiene, at all times, along with sales cadence, administration and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting

· In-industry, enterprise software sales quota-carrying sales cycle delivery across the assigned geographic market within the assigned industries and accounts across the market unit
