Job Duties & Responsibilities

> To achieve set monthly targets in respect of new signings determined by the Company

> Be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales leads

> Fully understand the business, buying, and decision making process of the prospects as well asdeveloping effective relationships with key contacts in the accounts for wholesales industry.

> Maintain professional customer liaison and ensure the ethics of business practice are followed at all times

> Implementing individual account strategies to maximize revenue returns

> Act as an ambassador for the company and the partner brand both in the external market and withininternal stakeholders, demonstrating excellent class sales behavior and delivery of outstanding customerexperience results

Job Requirements:

> Preferred, Singaporeans, Msians, able to converse mandarin

> Candidate must possess at least NiTEC / O level / A level / Diploma

• Salary: Basic up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) ; Saturday (8.30am - 1.30pm (WFH)

Job Scope:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture

Employee Relations:

• Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving HR-related issues
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention

Performance Management:

• Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives and conducting evaluations
• Offer feedback and coaching to employees and managers to address and resolve performance issues

Training and Development:

• Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts

Compliance and Record-Keeping:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal details, employment history, and training documentation

HR Administration:

• Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policy updates, and employee handbooks
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks

Data and Reporting:

• Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and improve HR practices
• Maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
