We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as Sales Executive, APAC. You will prospect and recruit new clients, manage the sales journey, support clients, onboard new clients in collaboration with the Account management team and majorly work towards the business growth

in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

● Working closely and reporting to your line manager on a daily basis

● Working towards your KPI targets in relation to Sales. These will be annual targets appraised on a quarterly basis

○ They will include Sales to New Clients and to Existing clients

● Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion with a focus on the APAC region

● Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within the APAC region.

● Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational goals and optimise

performance.

● Leverage technology to enhance operational capabilities and support business growth.

● Pipeline management and CRM. You will be expected to follow SOP’s for managing your client relationships and to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

● Collaboration with Internal teams. You will be expected to be a contributing member of the Sales team. A proactive approach will be required in relation to coming up with new ideas and solving any problems that may arise.

● Foster a culture of innovation to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

● Develop and implement strategies to scale operations in line with business growth.

● Representing EIDA in a professional manner

Requirements:

● Have a recognised 3rd level qualification in a related field.

● MBA/Masters or a relevant advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable.

● Minimum 5 years of experience of selling Software as a Service.

● Proven track record of success in senior roles, including multi-country operations.

Responsibilities

a) To act as the primary contact person for Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.

b) Oversee Company’s onsite waste collection process that includes daily collection process, logistics arrangements, site waste containers inspection and maintenance, and submit electronic submission of waste consignment (e-tracking) based on weigh bridge information.

c) Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators and Environmental Specialist to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.

d) To assist in the planning of shutdown maintenance (Minor and Major) waste containment requirements with the maintenance team, day coordinators and operations staffs.

e) To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.

f) Follow up with customer email communication and provide periodic update on any follow up actions required.

g) Arrange for SIC orientation and any other focus trainings to Company personnel.

h) Review the effectiveness of collection process. Discuss with customer and Company personnel on improvement ideas before proposing to customer for final approval.

i) To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer. Discuss and feedback to IWM Assistant Manager for actions required.

j) To be responsible for investigation meetings, investigation findings, prevention and implementation of corrective actions involving Company’s personnel at customer premises.

k) To liaise with all relevant statutory bodies such as NEA, etc. relating to license and permits and keep customer updated on the latest changes in regulation and acts.

l) Assist the IWM Assistant Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer's people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline with more than 2 years experience.

· Project management experience in industrial area.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Holder of Industrial Permits is an added advantage, ie: SOC

· Station on Customer Site to ensure primary responsibilities are fulfilled as and when required (Including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) depending on job requirement.

Remuneration Package

· Salary: S$3,800 to S$4,300 (including incentive)

· Transport Allowance (fixed): S$800 (Candidate must possess their own transport)

· Transport Reimbursement: S$700 (based on receipt / bill, ie: petrol / carpark / ERP).

· HP reimbursement: S$200 (based on bill)

Job description:

1. Review Accounts Receivable posting and facilitate collection meeting. To estimate quarterly, expected credit loss (AR & Loan)
2. Assist in month-end closing include preparing of journal, reconcile GL and prepare monthly reporting schedules
3. Handle representative office accounts
4. Monthly GST submission and MES scheme renewal
5. Assist in Audit matters, preapre and review audit schedules
6. Handle Fixed and Lease assets, include asset sighting
7. Prepare for Goverment Statistic Report
8. Stock take and monthly reconciliation
9. Maintain all banks mandatory and bank reconciliation
10. Back up for credit management and other ad-hor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in accounting role
• Excellent knowledge of MS office and hands on experience in SAP Hana is preferred
• Audit and GST exposure
• Good communication skill

Duties and Responsibilities

• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• General administrative support as required by members of Transport Dept. and management
• Liaise with customers or vendors related to procurement and administrative requirements
• Monitor vessel schedule vis PSA Portnet and Jurong port system.
• Declare permit via Trade web Live(permits)
• Manage customer orders and transportation requests within the TMS, ensuring accurate input and timely processing. Manage and address customer queries that are routed by TMS systems
• Retrieve and analyze data from TMS system and or other internal systems to address customer requests
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups, deliveries, and transit times in accordance with customer requirements via the TMS.
• Monitor delivery status and information in real-time, providing updates to customers and stakeholders as needed via the TMS.
• Generate and analyze reports from the TMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, customer volume metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the TMS for managing customer orders and deliveries
• Prepare documentation for lifting operation perform in Port facilities.
• Prepare documentation for cargoes clearance from Keppel distripark,Jurong port.
• Prepare and submit police escort application for Out of Gauge (OOG) Cargoes.
• Perform general administrative duties eg, Invoicing, Filing, mailing, faxing and photocopying

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels
• 1 year administrative experience. (Preferred in logistics industry)

Requirements:

· Preferably possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in food distribution or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with proven track record.
