Job Description

• Support finance/management control
• Prepare yearly budget and quarterly forecast
• Prepare monthly analysis for financial reports
• Analysis the variance of financial results and budget/forecast
• Monitor and review each division’s action plan
• Support yearly external audit, yearly transfer pricing report, yearly external reporting, ad-hoc internal audit, ad-hoc external surveys
• Prepare documents for Annual General Meeting, Board of Director Resolutions
• Issue Business Consignment Fee’s quotations and invoice From MAP
• Prepare simple agreements

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience

• To handle the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, interviewing and offer letter of employment
• To manage high volume of backend and frontline hiring as requested
• To assist in preparing the necessary data and reports for management reporting purpose
• To adminster prompt employee referral programme monthly payout to referrals and referees

• Good knowledge of the Employment Act and related MOM guidelines

· Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

· Preparing marketing and sales strategies.

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

· Conducting market research on company services

· Designing and implementing marketing plans for company services

· Working with the Management team to develop targeted sales strategies.

· Answering client queries on Company services

· Maintaining good client relations.

· Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales target and quotas.

· Creating and presenting monthly or quarterly sales performance reports.

· Relevant experience in Petro chemical industries will be an advantage.
