Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience in managing digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• High proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing).
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus

1.1. Broad Functions:

The primary job responsibility of the Accounts Executive is to execute the financial operations, which includes handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, preparing, and maintaining financial statements, and reconciling financial records. The officer assists in budgeting and forecasting activities to support effective financial planning and decision-making

1.2. Job Description / Responsibilities:

1.2.1. Execute the daily accounting & costing operation

1.2.1.1. Follow SOPs in established AR & AP processes and perform the required data entry.

1.2.1.2. Check through all POs, verify goods received, process invoices and make the necessary payments.

1.2.1.3. Verify and match shipment records with the system to issue tax invoices to customers and book the payment received.

1.2.1.4. Perform any manual and ad hoc adjustment instructed by the accountant on GL and Fixed asset capitalization.

1.2.1.5. Clarify and reconcile discrepancies with vendors, internal stakeholders, and banking institutions to detect out of the norm and seek approval to make adjustments.
