Job Description

· The candidate will report directly to Head of Marketing and will undertake the ownership of the products assigned, develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, grow market share and its profitability.

· Develop and execute short/long term action plans to grow the product portfolios in terms of its brands awareness, market share and product profitability.

· Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing communications (online and offline) and POSM production for all product portfolios under his/her responsibility.

· Plan and manage A&P spending within budget assigned and ensuring ROI for each campaign
