Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounting functions and activities which include preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, subsidiary ledger reports
• Perform AP/AR function such as processing of payments and invoices
• Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements
• Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
• Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
• Assist in overseeing accounts assistants, when required
• Other ad-hoc projects and activities assigned

Requirements

• Accounting degree or professional degree
• Minimum atleast 2 years of relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in Navision would be advantageous

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work hand in hand with reservation staff & restaurant manager on table assignment and special requests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
