• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD /management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Bachelor's and Associate Degree in Education, Management, Technical, Culinary, Food Service Management, Food Technology, Dietetics, Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, Healthcare of relevant or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field or in F&B background
• Proven experience in food production management, with a strong understanding of food production processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Adequate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills; and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge & experience of handling food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO22000/FSSC22000) and quality standards is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer applications or administrative software/tools (MS Office, Enterprise Resource Planning System, NAV System, SAP, etc.) is preferred

Job Scope:

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and systems
• Design and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
• Conduct process analysis to identify and eliminate inefficiencies or bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment or process failures
• Monitor production performance and suggest improvements to meet production targets
• Prepare and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures
• Conduct cost analysis to recommend improvements in resource utilization
• Oversee the integration of new equipment, tools, and technologies into the production process
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and best practices
• Work closely with quality control teams to ensure product standards are met

Requirements:

• Must have the ability to lead operators
