• Manage submissions to IRAS, including annual income tax reporting and other required filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate CPF contributions in line with local regulations.
• Coordinate applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes via MOM systems.
• Maintain up-to-date records of work pass statuses and expiry dates.
• Oversee the leave application process and ensure leave records are accurately maintained.
• Address employee inquiries related to leave policies and entitlements.
• Prepare certified letters, memos, and other official HR documents as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in payroll and work pass applications.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements (IRAS, CPF, MOM).
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Scope

• Handling walk-in clients at retail storefront, encompassing both sales and buyback transactions during office hours.
• Effectively engage in customer interactions, offering product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to guide purchasing decisions.
• Accurately evaluate and assess purity and value of items (both bullion and scrap) brought in by customers for potential repurchase, adhering to established buyback policies and guidelines.
• Providing assistance in phone, online, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including addressing customers’ concerns and issue resolution.
• Reach out to prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams for successful acquisition and onboarding of clients.
• Ensuring and performing KYC/AML/IPPC filing and client onboarding support and related requirements.
• Achieve team sales objectives and outcomes to meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets.
