Responsibilities:
• Handle full sets of accounts and operational needs of the businesses
• Prepare payments, budgets and perform cash flow management
• Assist in group consolidation
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors
• Handle taxation and liaise with tax agent
• Handle corporate secretarial matters and liaise with corporate secretary
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in accountancy
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably some experience in audit or accounting firm
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position will need to liaise with China offices
• Possess positive attitude, willing to learn and good initiative
• Good application of Microsoft Office including MS Word and MS Excel
