JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Organize, monitor and ensure manufacturing processes operated with minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.

2. Initiates, implements, and manages the processes improvement program based on best practices in the metal drum making industry, with an emphasis on productivity and product quality.

3. Ensure all manufacturing processes are adhering to all Regulatory and Statutory Requirement.

4. Work with HR Department and assure that employee grievances are addressed in a timely fashion.

5. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians and engineering staff.

6. Maintain and ensure work safety and practices. Also continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.

7. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.

8. Evaluate, Train and Maintain individual skills (including work performance) are keeping up to date with best engineering management concepts and practices.

9. Ensure on time submission of overtime record to HR Dept for computation of monthly salary.

10. Establish and prepare process documentation such as work instruction, process specifications and assist on the quality plan.

11. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving production-related problems.

12. Ensures that subordinates are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

13. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the staff.

14. Communicate regularly with all production and maintenance teams, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning production and maintenance issues.

15. Assist in hiring of production personnel.

16. Maintain and update operating manuals for all the manufacturing equipment and facilities.

17. Maintain and update operating training manuals for all manufacturing processes.

18. Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD / Management from time to time.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's growth and visibility. You will develop and execute effective marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives to drive awareness and generate leads.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Shoot and edit videos for both corporate communications and social media platforms - such as Reels, TikToks, and other trending formats.
• Produce long-form video content for corporate storytelling, product showcases, and promotional purposes.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic.
• Plan and execute both online and offline promotional events and campaigns.
• Liaise with external agencies, partners, and vendors to coordinate and optimize campaign efforts.
• Work closely with the graphic designers to develop visually appealing marketing materials.
• Conduct market research, gather feedback, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the gating and compilation of research reports, including quarterly bulletins and related materials
• Assist the Marketing Manager with various marketing tasks to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or equivalent).
• Self-motivated, driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly personality.
• Open to entry-level candidates with a strong passion for marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the drafting, review and filing of various contracts to ensure the accuracy and compliance of contract contents.
2. Write high-quality project promotion copy, assist in marketing activities, and enhance brand awareness and influence.
3. Collect customer project information, ensure the information is complete and accurate, and submit the required information in a timely manner.
4. Support sales managers to complete project-related work, prepare required information and documents, and improve work efficiency.
5. Regularly follow up on customer project progress, maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the quality of after-sales service.



Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, related majors are preferred.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Applicants with business assistant or copywriting experience are preferred.
3. Be humble and polite, have strong affinity, and have good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.
4. Have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to handle bilingual documents.

Responsibilities:

1.Assist in our admin team duties.

2.Assist in date entry,document filing and etc.

3.Perform office admin work&support in a lively office environment.

Requirements:

1.Experience in date entry,sorting of data and basic bookkeeping.

2.Computer literacy in Microsoft word and excel are must.

3.Good communication skills.Builingual is required for communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder and Fresh Entry Level is welcomed!
• Passion for events and is able to work long hours if required (don't worry, you will be compensated accordingly)
• Effective Oral and Written Communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
• Proficient in Google Document, Google Slides and Google Sheets
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
• Keen attention to small/fine details
