Job Responsibilities :
Pastry Dough Section
2.1 To assist supervisor in pastry dough making
2.2 To assist supervisor in flattening the dough process
2.3 To shape and mold on the pastry dough
2.4 Perform quality check on the pastry dough to ensure it meet the standard (e.g weight and color)
2.5 Pack and arrange at the tray provided
2.6 Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
2.7 To assist supervisor on daily stock take for the raw ingredients
Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section
2.1 To assist superior in cooking preparation
2.2 To assist cutting and washing raw ingredients
2.3 To handle kitchen appliance/tools with care
2.4 Scope the filling to the bowl provided
2.5 Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
2.6 To assist superior on cooking and packing for corporate order
2.7 Conduct intensive cleaning daily to ensure the section is clean and free from pest
Folding Section
2.1 To check on the pastry dough and filling before use
2.2 To adhere with the existing puff folding SOP
2.3 To perform product weight check for every tray
2.4 To ensure the standard of the puff quality and quantity produce
2.5 To assist other team member to meet daily production target
2.6 To inform supervisor if there is any defect or reject pastry dough or filling
2.7 Ensure the puff was properly store at the right temperature
