• Perform proactive sourcing from local/international suppliers and negotiate the best possible terms for quality, price and delivery.

• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance improvements through business reviews and supplier performance evaluations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement working experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Chinese in order to communicate with China counterparts, and translate English documents to Chinese.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and e-Procurement system.
• Familiar in category strategy development, sourcing, supplier performance management and contract management.
• Good knowledge of procurement best practices, contract agreement, financials and cost analysis.
• Resourceful with a logical and analytical mind and the ability to think strategically with strong business acumen.

• Check solution opportunities through Gebiz, Ariba, Sesame and others
• Prepare and Send Quotations with solution consultant
• Develop a high level of inside sales follow up and able to understand and communicate product solutions and services that we offer to cater customer's needs
• Assisting customers on sales inquiries via phone, email or walk-in
• Responsible for following on enquiries and closing the order
• Working closely with operations, Account and providing them with updates on quotes and opportunities when necessary

The Accounts Executive assists the Finance Manager in all finance-related operations

Key Responsibilities

· Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and/or receivable

· Able to handle full set of Accounts

· Liaise with vendors and/or customers to address financial requests and queries

· Prepare GST schedule as required

· Preparing of commission

· Handle accounting functions related to posting of entries into the system/assign account code

· Liaise with auditor and tax officer for all the quires.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as necessary
