The Job:

• Responsible for managing, processing and reviewing the KYC information and documents for client onboarding or periodic review
• Work, coordinate and liaise across businesses and compliance units for timely completion of account onboarding and periodic review
• Follow thoroughly the KYC review with relevant parties

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree with min 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Role

• Provide financial counselling to patients and third party.
• Administer admission and discharge of patients.
• Bill handling including Mediclaim and deposits collection.
• Handle customers’ enquiries regarding bills.
• Coordinate admin duties as assigned with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.

• Min Diploma / Degree in any courses
• Min 2 years of patient service associate / patient service coordinator experience
