The IT Executive is responsible for providing applications consultancy, advice, and support for both purchased and developed systems, such as Infor LN and TimeWay. Supporting Fare System Manager for system security and system assurance of the public transport Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system. The executive shall work with team on activities related System Assurance & Planning, Change Management, Data Management and System Compliance (cyber-security), End-User System Support (System Defects & Process Management).

Responsibilities

· Support internal/external system audit activities and requirements

· Working with first line maintenance for issues arising from systems, reports, parameters, access, connection, security, data, business rules defects & fare related incidents (Perform Level 1 investigation & liaising with Maintenance Contractor for L2 investigation/rectifications)

· Supervising the reporting data team for data back-up, recovery & housekeeping
