• Oversee the processing of work-injury, including but not limited to streamlining the process, ensuring timeliness in the submission of work-injury cases and managing the inquiries from the department
• Manage Insurer and Broker to ensure that claims are processed according to statutory requirements and in a timely manner. This will include work injury reporting, updating of medical leave records and submitting required documents for insurance claims
• Work closely with Finance in the administration of claims and reimbursement pertaining to the work-injury case
