Main Responsibilities:

• Work together with colleagues to meet sales targets (Property Development Company).
• Source for new clients and assist with all queries from potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a strategic network from leads that are generated through marketing activities.
• Liaise and build close rapport with Real Estate Agents to meet the common sales targets.
• Gather, analyse and summarise market data to for presentation to Management on monthly basis.
• Collaborate with other managers and key internal stakeholders within the Real Estate Division to achieve overarching organisation goals.
• Disseminate marketing collaterals to agents and clients in good time.
• Provide after sales service to Clients once handover is completed.
• Ad hoc duties as designated by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing within Singapore’s Real Estate environment and its existing trends
• Self-starter, with a strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
• Prepared to work on weekends when required.
• Salary will be made up of basic and commission payments.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,000
• Commission up to: $60,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

-Liaise with internal employees and customers on transportation/delivery arrangements

-Handling of import & export documentation for custom clearance and preparing the necessary documents.

-Liaise and follow-up with airline carriers/ forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status.

-Support any other duties as required in the department.

Requirements:

-Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Internationa Business or equivalent

-The candidate will be required to travel internationally as part of their job responsibilities

-Flexibility with travel schedules and availability is essential.

-The role involves regular communication (e.g., meetings, negotiations, emails) with teams or clients globally

• Assist company to manage social media platform.
• Social media strategy development: Work with the team to create social media strategies that support the overall marketing plan.
• Social media account management: Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok ensuring all content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with the brand's voice.
• Social media advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creative, and budget management.
• Analytics: Monitor social media analytics to track and report on the success of social media campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Community management: Engage with social media followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices: Continuously research and educate themselves on social media trends, new platforms, and best practices to ensure that the brand's social media presence is effective and relevant.

Our client is one of the oil trading companies that has a strong presence in Asia, and they are looking for an LPG Operation Executive to cover both shipping and cargo operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cargo operations and vessel operations
• Draft and handle sales and purchase contract
• Oversee overall operations for Free on Board (FOB) and Cost and Freight (CFR) contracts.
• Manage all aspects of shipping logistics, including coordination with carriers, scheduling, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with trade regulations and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize shipping and freight processes.
• Resolve any operational issues related to freight and shipping to ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle shipping and banking documents (L/C, B/L, invoice etc.)
• Handle recover claims and demurrage from counterparties
• Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent with 1 year of experience in LPG Operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to handle pressure and stress
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Strong time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
