REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in F&B Management/Operations, Culinary Arts or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
• Resourceful and innovative
• Able to work 6 days work week and on PH/CNY

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

• Drive continuous process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and project documentation.
• Perform data analysis and reporting, including FMEA, testing reports, and BOM management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
• Excellent technical writing skills (SOPs, work instructions, FMEA, testing reports, project documentation).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Carry out daily production activities that includes:-

• Feed-in of raw material or recycle product
• Packing of products
• Operate equipment and machinery to meet daily production target
• Ensure that quality and output is met
• Check and inspect production machinery or equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and carry out basic repair
• Operate forklift to retrieve raw material and stack product from and into the warehouse respectively
• Update production record and activities
• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instruction (WI).
• Maintain good housekeeping of the production area
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations

Job Requirements:
