Job responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of homeland security science and technology related events.
• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless and successful events.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and ensure effective attendee engagement.
• Evaluate event success and gather feedback to continually improve future events.
