Main duties and responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable
• Responsible for end to end accounts payable & employees’ expense claims activities
• Monitor and ensure all invoices are properly documented and approved prior to update into the system
• Responsible for vendor payments and employee claims reimbursement including reconciliations
• Responsible for accounts payable month end closing process
• Prepare GST reconciliations and statistical reporting
• Responsible for inter-company settlements
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Job Description

Brand and Marketing Executive assists in the planning and execution of all brand & marketing strategies, campaigns, assets, trade promotion and daily operations that communicate brands’ philosophy and premium positioning that will drive a sustainable growth in consumer acquisition, brand loyalty, trade presence and consistent customer experience offline and online.

Responsibilities

· Assist in conceptualizing and developing brand and marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, increase brand presence and deliver a consistent brand experience, both online and offline.

· Assist in the planning of yearly marketing calendar and budget and timely execution with the team, distributors and trade partners

· Develop the design for trade merchandise, display, collaterals and oversee the production and seamless roll out

· Manage digital marketing including online ads, social media, website, SEO, SEM, facebook analytics and google analytics

· Manage brand advertisement and optimize media placement

· Manage and build good relationships with key media for PR coverage of important events/activities

· Manage influencer marketing, brand ambassador, KOL, etc., with agencies

· Manage trade events, mall campaigns, pop up stalls, 3rd party collaboration and oversee communicate with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, mall A&P teams.

· Manage sponsorships and sampling program

· Prepare weekly and monthly brand reports for Management’s business review, competitor activity and post mortem of marketing or trade campaigns

· Support Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

· Ad-hoc tasks allocated by the direct reporting officer.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or related fields

· Must have experience in brand management in OTC or FMCG industry

· Experienced in digital marketing and content creation

· Proficient in graphic design and video editing

· Translate texts from English to Chinese (and vice versa) is an advantage

· Proficient in communication and presenting to stakeholders

· Pleasant disposition, positive, assertive and exhibits strong functional skill

· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

· Salary commensurate with experience

Office hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Extended hours and weekend as required for mall events, exhibitions, marketing activations, etc.,

As a Marketing Executive, your primary focus will be to enhance our brand presence within the industry. Roles and Responsibilities

• Be part of the creative team in ideation, planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Provides copy writing to all marketing materials, online and offline.
• Develop and schedule content across all channels that aligns to brand guidelines and content strategy.
• Strategize, monitor and manage all digital assets to grow brand awareness and improve customer experience.
• Maintain and grow brand partnerships/influencer collaborations.
• Analyzing weekly marketing performance and social media metrics with tracking systems to determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
• Responsible for through-the-line activities such as print advertisements, social and digital media platforms (LinkedIN, Facebook, Twitter, etc,), web updates and monthly / contracted email marketing
• Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent copy writing and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in social media management is essential.
• Enjoys brainstorming and developing ideas through to completion.
• Stays up to date with the latest digital and social trend
• Highly strategic thinking skills (Proficiency in Google Analytics will be a plus)
• Well organised and open to new ideas
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills and minimum supervision
• Ability to create simple graphics (aesthetic FB/IG stories) and an eye for design will be an advantage
