Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Executive Assistant Experience:
l At least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives.
l Expertise in managing daily tasks and complex schedules.
Government Relations Experience:
l Familiarity with communication processes involving Singapore government agencies and institutions.
l Ability to assist with project and document approvals.
Administrative Management Skills:
l Proficient in meeting organization, document management, office operations, and scheduling.
Language Proficiency:
l Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
l Excellent bilingual writing and communication skills for effective work in a bilingual environment.
Software Proficiency:
l Proficient in administrative software such as PPT, Excel, and Word.
l Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Slack to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
l Candidates with HR or finance backgrounds are preferred.
l Familiarity with HR or financial processes is a bonus.
Educational Requirements
l Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field (management or administrative-related majors preferred).
l Experience Takes Priority: Candidates with extensive relevant work experience or exceptional skills will also be considered.
Job Conditions and Benefits
l Nationality: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).

l Position Type: Full-time.
l Salary Range: SGD 3,000-4,500 (based on experience and qualifications).
