• Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face, to ensure seamless support to daily ops;
• Managing the issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues;
• Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization;

• Troubleshooting basic hardware issues;

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
