Overall Responsibilities:

• Perform a repetitive and wide range of mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects; perform assembly of complex discrete wire harnesses and multi conductor jacketed cables, coax, twin-ax, and tri-ax cables, power, and flat cable assemblies.

• Assembles, modifies, reworks, and/or reassembles production components, utilizing drawing, pick tickets, process documentation, and/or verbal instruction.

• Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine, and automatic wire strippers.

• Clean parts prior to production use as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Production Activities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor the workflow on the production floor, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Assurance:
