About the role: The Production Engineer is responsible for improving the production technology of the upcoming plant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update all process control documents, procedures, and operation condition sheets in consultation with Production Superintendent and Day Supervisors from Operation.
• Identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting and improving process efficiency, equipment performance, product yield, capacity, quality, process material uses and utility consumption.

Job Description:

• This is a full time role for an Insurance Operations Executive located in Alexandra Road. Our client is one of the leading car rental agency in Singapore and you will be responsible for assisting the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative tasks related to motor and general insurance. Responsibilities include liaising with insurance companies, customers, and coordinating new or renewal quotations. The role also covers handling insurance sales in the showroom and managing insurance renewals from the existing customer database. Key duties include processing insurance documentation, maintaining ethical business practices, and ensuring both customer and company needs are met. Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level cert and above
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP.Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveys according to daily schedule.

• Attend to sales enquiries, clarify customer requirements and prepare quotations.

• Co-ordinate Aircon installation works.

• Prepare daily activity report.

• Follow-up on pending and/or outstanding payment(s) from customers.

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore’s Class 3 driving license.

• Drive month end closing, business wise and legal entity wise consolidation and management reporting.

• Contribute positively to the design & implementation of proper accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Facilitate/drive annual statutory audits
• Review tax computation and returns before submission to tax authorities
• Keeping abreast of new or changes financial reporting standards and tax law.
• Ad-hoc business partnering duties from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and / or a member of a recognised professional accounting body
• At least 3 - 5 years of commercial / audit experience.
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel is a must. Experience in Power BI is a plus.
