Job Description

• Conduct macroeconomic and market research, monitor market trends, prepare regular market and transaction updates as well as benchmarking reports to support investment decisions relating to our asset portfolio
• Responsible for sourcing, monitoring, evaluating, underwriting and modelling overseas and local property investment opportunities
• Support or independently lead the following workstreams: Deal/ tax structuring, bidding, negotiations, due diligence (legal, finance/ tax, technical), financing, deal documentation to drive the deal to closing/ completion.
