Job Summary

This role has a direct reporting line to the CFO. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting all Business Units (BU) on all finance-related matters, including financial analysis, cost modeling, preparation and review of monthly and annual accounts, annual budgets and forecasts. Job Overview:

The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Tree Art International, ensuring efficiency, team coordination, and profitability. The role requires an experienced leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. The General Manager will be responsible for managing resources, leading teams, and implementing policies and strategies in an education-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient delivery of educational services and programs.
-Lead and mentor department heads, including curriculum development, teaching staff, and operations teams, to achieve their respective goals.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing operations in the education sector.
-Proven experience in a senior management position, with a strong understanding of business and education operations.
-Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources in an educational environment.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, particularly in an education setting.
-Experience in developing and implementing educational business strategies.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead diverse teams of educators and administrators
