About the role

Accountable for the management, implementation, and delivery of a large technology program of work in “Commodity Trading Risk Management” (CTRM) consisting of end to end physical and paper trading activities across Singapore, US, Europe, Australia and NZ. This role holds end to end accountability for the project lifecycle, from concept to operational transition, ensuring business value delivery through technology aligned with Ampol’s program management methodologies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Responsible for managing a multi year CAPEX budget of ~$15m per annum.

• Work with business stakeholders in the commodity trading and supply business to prioritise demands and ensure alignment with financial allocations.

• Define, establish and manage multiple 3rd party vendor contracts for the execution of work packages within the program (value ~$10-20m), with appropriate IT and Business sign off.

• Actively manage the Portfolio of technology projects in this space, ensuring resource management, reporting, financial controls are in place.

• Ensures that technology project scope is managed to and act as point of escalation for scope changes, ensure that changes in scope that will impact time or cost are managed within established change control processes.

Vendor Management

• Ensure value for money is obtained from vendor contracts, synergies are achieved, and a strong alliance relationship is established and maintained.

• Works with the Project Managers to ensure that vendors are meeting the critical elements of their commercial agreements and SOWs and works across the projects to address any issues associated with vendor delivery.

• Acts as the Escalation point for underperformance of vendors and is accountable for the support of project managers in addressing such.

• Works with Head of Delivery and Technology managers in the selection of ongoing support partners ensuring the appropriate procurement processes are followed in obtaining our support partners.

Qualifications & experience

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as Business, Finance, IT, Engineering) or significant equivalent workplace experience.

• Certified in Prince2 or PMBOK

• Program manager certified

• Agile certified

• Experience working in the Commodity Trading Risk Management (CTRM) industry especially in relation to oil products

• SAP experience is preferred but not essential

The QA/QC Manager will implement and oversee the project-specific quality management system (QMS), ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead efforts to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop, implement, and improve the project’s QMS in line with Employer Requirement, industry standards (ISO 9001, IEC, DNV, etc.), and Korea regulatory requirements where necessary.
• Develop detailed quality plan, procedures, and work instructions specific to offshore substations, ensuring alignment with project scope and requirements.

• Supervise the commissioning process to verify that the offshore substation meets all operational and safety requirements.

Project Integration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the project engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality management is integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Interface with external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, certifying bodies, and Employer to ensure the quality system and results meet project standards and expectations.

• Assist Group HR Manager in HR policy development and ensure compliance in HR policies and practices in Singapore office.
• Work with MY Assistant HR Manager to fulfil all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for SG and MY executives and workers.
• Work with SG HR & Admin Team to implement the new HRIS for Group HR (SG and MY).
• Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the group’s values and mission, working closely to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Take on any other new assignments from Senior Management and Group HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of prior HR experience in SG, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development preferred.
• Self-driven and hands-on person. Collaborative in nature and strong team player.
• Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
• Energetic and willing to implement change. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to go to project sites and engage with front-line staff, other than executive staff.
• Very detailed oriented and strong at producing high quality/accurate work.
• Strong with numbers and critical thinking. Able to complete HR initiatives with high cost-benefit outcomes.
• Diplomatic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff.
• Knowledge and prior experience with Malaysian Labour Laws are also useful.
• Highly proficient in M365, SharePoint and HRIS.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends, should there be work exigencies.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute user growth strategies, focusing on community and social media engagement as well as product user acquisition.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Singapore team and Japan and global leadership team as well as the Group’s strategy team to identify development opportunities for online properties, evaluate business performance, and drive key strategic initiatives
- Business development for various marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly through online chat, phone calls, and emails.
- Analyze sales performance, market competition, and trends to propose improvements.
- Handle order processing and resolve operational issues including logistics-related matters, complaints, discount codes, product reviews etc.
- Analyse and review product & campaign performances to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Grow online sales and other crucial online KPIs for the Singapore market.
- Monitor stock movement regularly and update stocks timely.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts with the marketing teams and agencies to ensure there are clear ROIs on marketing spend.
- Create, prioritize, communicate, and implement strategic online initiatives and feature developments with both the Singapore and global Owndays team.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution and customer adoption of online products/services.
- Drive cross-functional projects and manage a project from ideation to deployment across multiple time zones
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of working experience in ecommerce or marketplaces.
- Digital savvy and comfortable with e-commerce software.
- Ability to work independently and explore e-commerce platforms.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Media and internet savvy. Knowledge of live streaming and influencer
