Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of the M&E Services (e.g power, cooling, space and asset inventory) within the Data Center in a 24/7 mission critical environment for two sites.

• Provide leadership and guidance to teams and responsible for the performance of the team and delivery of Service Level Agreement

• To review and approve maintenance master plan for planned preventive maintenance, cyclical parts replacement, major maintenance and overhaul works.
• To act as the 2nd level of escalation for ensuring that Employer's call for attendance to Incident is answered within the duration stipulated.
• To review, approve and submit Incident report with root cause analysis as stipulated under Schedule 8 within the duration stipulated.
• To review the quality of documentation submitted for raising Request For Change.
• To review, approve and submit quotations for corrective maintenance, Additions & Alterations and ad-hoc works as requested.
• To review turnaround time and quality of corrective maintenance, Additions & Alterations and ad-hoc works as requested.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years data center facilities experience.
• Operational experience with critical facility equipment/ system that includes but not limited to transformers, generators, DRUPS, UPS, PDU, Chiller System, CRAH and Fire System.
• Good customer management and communication skills.
• Responsible and accountable for profit and loss of the sites.
• Work independently with minimum of supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
• Plans and tracks preventive maintenance plan, cyclical maintenance plan and other related events closely.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain all facility related documentation. Detailed and careful in submissions and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Oversee, design and re-engineer critical Business Office/Patient Billing and Collection processes to achieve efficiency in patients’ services, billing, and collection.
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that systems and workflows are streamlined, ensuring automation as much as possible.
• Analyse large datasets to produce actionable insights to improve Patient’s Collection.
• Develop and present Patients’ Receivables dashboards with multiple dimension analysis. This includes assessing data quality and transformations for more advanced analysis.
• Liaise with the multiple stakeholders to identify potential issues and facilitate discussions to achieve optimal work processes and solutioning.
• Manage and implement new IT systems, including the performing of User Acceptance Testing, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience
• Experience in healthcare will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Data Analytics tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI is preferred
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
